Basically I am a happy person but I feel as though I live life, I don’t love life. I want to cherish every day, surround myself with love and give love in return.
I am following ideas found in the book “The Happiness Project” by Gretchen Rubin.

What is happiness? Is it the absence of sadness and stress? Am I able to make the changes in my life to make myself happier? What will make me feel happier and what changes do I have to make in my life to achieve this goal?
